A lady has taken to social media to showoff photographs of her incredible weight loss transformation and social media users are amazed.

She shared a photograph she took on January 15, 2020, and another which she took on 9th June 2020.

The lady revealed she lost 27 kg in less than 5 months.

Revealing the secret to her incredible weight loss, she said she consumed fewer chocolates, eating 3 meals without snacks in between, and training 6 days every week.

In her words; “When you are ready to eat 3 chocolate cubes in 5 months, only 1 slice of Pizza, have 3 meals without snacks and be in a calorie deficit 1200 and train 6 days a week, you will see that it is possible to have a good result. Try and you will see!”
